Besiktas Eye Chelsea's Marko Marin - Why The Midfielder Must Make The Most Of His Time At A Club Who Wants Him

As Jose Mourinho continues to mould his Chelsea side after returning to Stamford Bridge last summer, one man who could be leaving is Marko Marin.  The midfielder arrived at the club in 2012 but has had an unproductive two years at the club, featuring only 15 times in all competitions for the Blues.

Chelsea Striker Set For Besiktas Switch - Why Ba Will Look To Get Back Amongst The Goals In Turkey

Following reports by the Mirror that he was set for a move to Turkey, Demba Ba is now close to completing his transfer to Besiktas.  The striker has played in Premier League since signing for West Ham in 2011 and leaves England having scored 50 goals in all competitions.

Blues Let Eto'o Go Too Soon - Why Chelsea Should Have Kept Hold Of Cameroon Striker

The Blues' search for a striker to complement Diego Costa is slowly grinding to a halt as they look set to stick with Demba Ba and Fernando Torres. Both are decent options, as Chelsea need to have depth to compete on all fronts. Both have also shown themselves to be consistent goalscorers, it hasn't really happened for them at Chelsea. They have chipped in with some key goals, but nothing substantial to warrant a stay ahead of someone like Samuel Eto'o.

Chelsea Linked With Emenike - Why He Isn't What They Need

Chelsea have all but confirmed the signing of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid. This adds to the two strikers they already have at the club in the shape of Demba Ba and Fernando Torres. Some might say that is a fantastic amount of depth, as all have proved they are capable of scoring goals on a regular occasion. The slightly more sceptical will argue that Ba and Torres have been out-of-form for a couple of seasons and should be sold to make funds for someone who is firing right now.

Chelsea Front Pair Rumoured With Move Away - It Was Always Going To Happen

Despite his now infamous open criticism of the strike force at his disposal, Jose Mourinho must still have been able to observe the irony of Demba Ba scoring the winning goal for Chelsea in the their Champions League quarter-final against Paris Saint Germain on Tuesday night.

Eto'o 2.0: Chelsea Linked With Move For Russian Premier League Star - Scouting Report

Strikers? Who'd want to be one? Well, apparently most children these days. Chelsea are one of the most dominant clubs in England and have supporters up and down the country but they haven't really been inspiring the children to shout their names when kicking a ball around a field. As a football coach myself, I find it quite surprising how little I hear Samuel Eto'o, Demba Ba or Fernando Torres screamed at the top of their little lungs. There was a time when all you could hear was 'Drogba'.

Torres Injury Is A Blessing In Disguise For Chelsea - Here's Why

To say Fernando Torres has not justified the £50 million that Chelsea splashed out to land the Spanish striker from Liverpool in 2011 would be quite the understatement. The 29-year-old has found the back of the net just nine times in all competitions this season for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Balotelli To Chelsea Makes Perfect Sense - Here's Why

There are a lot of rumors floating around in the world of football. Some are pretty boring, but occasionally you hear those juicy rumors that you can only hope will come true one day. According to foxsoccer.com, Jose Mourinho has made comments leading us all to believe that Italian striker Mario Balotelli will be making his way over to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Mourinho Hints At Falcao Deal - Here's Why Chelsea Fans Should Be Excited

Jose Mourinho hinted at a possible move for Monaco star, Radamel Falcao according to the Telegraph, who reported from an interview with French television company, 'Canal Football Club'. He was quoted as saying: "I have a team, but no striker" and he later he added "A player like him can't play in front of 3,000 people. Monaco is a club to end [your career with]."

THREE Chelsea Players Who Should Be Offloaded This Month

Chelsea are enjoying a solid season to date but there are a few who aren't pulling their weight in my eyes. Here are three players who I think should be flogged this month.

Ivanovic Claims Ba Is Key To Chelsea Success - Here's Why I Disagree

We are often subjected to professional footballers who big up their team-mates and big up their performances whether they deserve the plaudits or not, so when Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic claimed that Demba Ba can have a big effect on the Blues's season, I took it with a pinch of salt. Then, I thought I would ignore the fact that he's scored just once in the Premier League season and have a wider look at his performances to see if Ivanovic had a point.

10 Premier League Players Who Could Be Available For Loan

The Premier League is rich in talent, so much so that clubs often have too much quality to fit all in one team. Instead, they realise they may benefit from the talent in the future and so send them on loan elsewhere to get game time. Teams in the bottom half of the table thrive on these deals because the top sides would rather send a player on loan somewhere their player can gain experience of playing in the Premier League. There will be many players available for loan, and it's the job of the potential suitors to find them:

5 Players Who Could Help Revitalise Fulham

Fulham are in a sorry state of affairs at this moment in time as they are currently languishing in the relegation zone, just three points above the bottom two clubs Crystal Palace and Sunderland. A loss against West Ham at the weekend would result in the Cottagers dropping to the foot of the table providing Crystal Palace win 5-0 and Sunderland win 7-0 (stranger things have happened). Fulham may be without a win in four games but they have a good chance to end that abysmal streak against West Ham today. However, they do face the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Everton in their next five games which has the potential to land them in real trouble. If Martin Jol isn't already sacked, then he probably will be by the end of the City game. Here's a list of five players that can lift Fulham out of the relegation zone and into safety:

Mourinho Rules Out January Move For Striker - Here's Why I Think He's Wrong To Do So

You would have thought with the poor displays of Fernando Torres, Samuel Eto'o and Demba Ba so far this season that Jose Mourinho would be going all out to land a top striker in the January transfer market, but apparently that's not the case. The Metro say that there will be no deal to sign a forward at all - something which I don't think is right.
