10 Premier League Players Who Could Be Available For Loan

The Premier League is rich in talent, so much so that clubs often have too much quality to fit all in one team. Instead, they realise they may benefit from the talent in the future and so send them on loan elsewhere to get game time. Teams in the bottom half of the table thrive on these deals because the top sides would rather send a player on loan somewhere their player can gain experience of playing in the Premier League. There will be many players available for loan, and it's the job of the potential suitors to find them:

    1. Demba Ba

I mentioned Ba in my previous article as a player that could potentially help Fulham out of the relegation zone but the player will hope to attract more top-end buyers such as Arsenal or Tottenham. The player did almost sign for Arsenal in the summer but Chelsea blocked the move. He'd be a fantastic addition for any team and will bring goals with him if he gets the supply from the midfielders.

    2. Emmanuel Frimpong

The Arsenal midfielder has struggled to hold down a regular place in the team since he burst onto the scene a couple of years ago. The arrival of Mathieu Flamini has pushed him further out of the team and the 21-year-old may look for a move away if things don't change soon. His contract ends in the summer of 2014, so if he really wants to earn himself a renewal then he must start proving he's worthy soon.

    3. Thomas Eisfeld

Eisfeld is another player I mentioned in my previous article and for good reason too. The German has played six games for Arsenal's youth side this season, scoring three goals and assisting one. The previous season it was nine goals and four assists, seven goals and two assists in the 2011/2012 season.

In total, he's scored 51 goals and claimed 11 assists in 127 games. As a goal-scoring midfielder that could be up for grabs in January, many teams should look into signing him.

    4. Jack Rodwell

The former Everton star was the next big thing before his move to Manchester City, but he has since drawn a lot of criticism for not playing as often as he should do. He may be struggling for game time but, with January just a month away, Rodwell could force a loan move to another Premier League club to ensure more minutes.

    5. John Guidetti

The Swedish youngster spent a fantastic season on loan in the 2011/2012 campaign at Feyenoord, as he managed 20 goals in 23 appearances in the Eredivisie. However, injuries, age and new signings have halted his progress at Manchester City so a loan move could massively help this player.

    6. Tiago Ilori

Ilori is another youngster and another player with a lot of competition in his specialist position, as he has to compete with Kolo Toure, Martin Skrtel, Daniel Agger, Mamadou Sakho and Sebastian Coates. The 20-year-old hasn't actually featured for Liverpool this season in the Premier League which could prompt the Merseysiders to send him on loan in order to gain vital experience.

    7. Luis Alberto

Liverpool's second player on this list is another youngster who is currently out of the running for a spot in the starting lineup because of certain players. Alberto has made only five appearances this season and it doesn't look as though he'll receive much more before the turn of the year.

    8. Chicharito

The Mexican is a prolific goalscorer when given a good run in the team but Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck are all currently keeping him out, which is evidently upsetting the player. He's stated on numerous occasions that he'll force a move away if he isn't played more but Manchester United may only be willing to let him go on loan.

    9. Anderson

The next United player is the Brazilian, Anderson, who hasn't really featured since Tom Cleverley burst onto the scene a couple of years back. The Red Devils may well send him on loan in order for him to regain fitness and prove to David Moyes that he's good enough to play for United in the Premier League.

    10. Danny Rose

The Tottenham left-back has been fighting Kyle Naughton and Jan Vertonghen for a place in the team since he arrived back from loan at Sunderland. Perhaps another loan move could do him and Sunderland the world of good.
