What Went Wrong For Chelsea In The Champions League This Week?

Chelsea really are feeling blue after Tuesday's loss in the Champion’s League to FC Basel. Despite loosing 1-0 with the goal being scored late on, in the 87^th minute, Chelsea still managed to qualify for the knockout stages and are safely through to the next round. To take a break from my 'who's on offer' series, I will be looking at five players that Chelsea should loan out in January to make room for any new signings and for those players that do go on loan, to gain valuable experience or just game time in general. Jose Knows Best: Why Dropping Hazard Worked Out Perfectly For The Chelsea Boss

Last Wednesday night, Chelsea sailed to victory with a 3-0 defeat over German side Schalke in the Champions League. The game was well played by the blues, and in it, fans finally got to see what new summer signing Samuel Eto’o was capable of.
