Arsenal Need To Move For Unhappy Manchester United Striker - Here's Why

Poor Javier Hernandez has clearly fallen out of favour with Manchester United manager David Moyes, following long spells on the bench this season.  After joining up with Mexico for an international friendly this week he voiced his concerns over his future at the club beyond this summer.

I think David Moyes would be making a wrong move in selling the 25-year-old to another European club, given he played so well under Sir Alex Ferguson as understudy to Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie in their Championship winning season last year.  Also, with rumours of unrest between Van Persie and Moyes over the Dutch striker’s future, this would create further bedlam in letting the tiny forward go.

If United do sell Hernandez then I believe Arsene Wenger should splash the cash to prize the player to The Emirates in the summer.  Arsenal lack a poacher in front of goal when Olivier Giroud is out injured, and look frail in the final third despite the magical build up play they can produce in the middle of the park.

It would guarantee Javier Hernandez more game time in the Premier League and in the Champions League, which incidentally, Manchester United won’t be involved in next season.  For a player who only cost United £7 million four years ago, it would be a priceless opportunity for Arsenal to state their interest in the player now.
