Spurs target will not be leaving current club

A target of Spurs will not be leaving his current club unless an 'extraordinary offer' is lodged for him.

Spurs have been strongly linked with Internacional striker Leandro Damiao this summer with the Brazilian media suggesting the club had made a renewed bid for the 23-year-old.

The White Hart Lane have reportedly been tracking the striker for years and already had at least one bid turned down and his impressive goal haul of six goals at the Olympics has further enhanced his reputation.

However, Internacional president Giovanni Luigi has stated he has no plans to meet representatives of Spurs in the near future and he will only leave if an 'extraordinary offer' is put in for the striker.
