Lukaku linked with Europa League qualified Swansea

A line from the Daily Mirror now who claim Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku, who is currently on loan at West Brom, is being tracked by Swansea City who are interested in snapping up the forward on loan next season.

Lukaku has made it clear he wishes to again go on loan next season to a side competing in a European competition and following their League Cup triumph earlier this year, Swansea can offer exactly that.

A move within the Premier League could also suit Lukaku as he looks to gain valuable experience on the pitch in order to bolster his pitch to become Chelsea's main striker in future seasons.

Michael Laudrup sees the Drogba-esque striker as a perfect partner for Michu who seems to be single-handedly carrying the goalscoring burden on his back for Swansea this season with 17 league goals this campaign.

The move can be viewed as a sign of Swansea's progress since arriving in the Premier League back in 2011 who could be genuine Europa League contenders next season should this deal be pushed through.

Will Lukaku swan over to Swansea or will he decide to emigrate to other climates? Only time will tell but either way Lukaku is set to be flying out of Chelsea one way or another next season, all be it on a temporary basis.
