Shakhtar Donetsk star desires move

Having been linked with some of Europe's biggest football names, Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mikhitaryan is keen to push through a move to a high profile club in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Mikhitaryan has been subject to speculation for a while now, with a variety of clubs supposedly mulling over a move for the former Metalurg Donetsk man.
Impressive performances in the Ukranian league and on the European stage have caught admiring glances from a plethora of names, including Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City.
This reported interest has allegedly turned the head, to coin a phrase, of the 24 year old. The chance to test himself at the highest level is something which Mikhitaryan is highly desirous of, and he will reportedly not allow Shahktar, with whom he has spent three years, to stand in his way.
Despite being under contract until the summer of 2015, the midfielder is willing to force through any prospective deal, should an attractive offer be made for him.
Sky Sports reported that the player, who has 35 caps and 10 goals for Armenia, said that: "For every player to play for the strongest clubs in the world is a dream, and I will do everything possible to move this summer to a different team."
