Madrid prepare £110m package for Bale

Seeing as this one contains ludicrous sums of money, no quotes whatsoever and is taken from The Mirror. Feel free to take it with a pinch of salt.
Apparently Real Madrid are preparing a £60m bid for Gareth Bale and will offer to pay him £10m a year in wages.
It is no secret that Real are interested in Bale and that, given his current form, the Welshman will cost a rather hefty fee, but will Madrid really pay £60m?
Of course they will be negotiating with Daniel Levy or ‘He who sold Robbie Keane for £20m then bought him back for half the price a few months later’ as he is often known, so will be aware they’re going to have to pay top dollar for Bale but even so. £60m. That’s sixty-million pounds for an attacker who only managed nine goals last season. Rather you than us Los Blancos.
Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Manchester United are all also in the hunt for Bale but it is unlikely that they would match such ridiculous sums. Well, maybe City would.
Spurs themselves are prepared to shatter their own wage structure in order to keep Bale at Whtie Hart Lane and will apparently offer £170,000 a week should they qualify for the Champions League. However this may not be enough to keep one of the world’s most in form players at a club which has not won a trophy since the League Cup triumph in 2008.
