Spurs eye up deal for Brazilian midfielder

You can never keep a good man down; a person that gets knocked back by various job offers in his search for a career or a guy that gets turned down by every women in the bar but keeps on coming back deserves a prize for tenacity at least.
Tottenham Hotspur are utilising this approach if a story in today's Daily Mirror is to be believed.
After the club's deal falling through for Porto's Joao Moutinho (the reason being anything from an increase in wage demands to the planets not being correctly aligned), Spurs are eyeing up Brazilian midfielder Ganso.
Ganso, who looks a bit like a suave duck, may be the subject of a January approach by Spurs but fellow Brazilian clubs Sao Paulo and Fluminese are also in the hunt for the 22-year-old Santos starlet.
Spurs believe they can pick him up for £8m but Ganso has a third party ownership scheme in his contract. Here we go again?
