Madrid in for Fulham Star and Italy calling for US striker

With Modric's move to Real Madrid faltering, Jose see's Fulham star as a possible target.

Madrid want Modric, Modric want's Madrid. Levy wants more money so Madrid need a plan B. Is Dembele really plan B?

Moussa Dembele is being lined up for a shock Madrid move. But do they really need him? The price of 20 million Euro's is surely an expensive one for someone who will struggle to get into the first team at the Bernabeu. Fulham have been reported to have already rejected a 10 million Euro bid from Manchester United.

Don't Madrid already have a better player in Nuri Sahin who they have said can leave? Come on Jose, do the maths!

I must admit Dembele did impress me the few times I saw him play but why would he want to risk ruining his career for a move to Real Madrid? If this report is true then Dembele will do nothing but enjoy the fruits of Madrid. He will not get into that team. If this report is untrue, then maybe his agent is trying to generate a move away form Craven Cottage. Don't you just love it when agents do that? Maybe a move to a club like Liverpool or Arsenal would have been more realistic, Mr. Agent.

Meanwhile Roma are reported to be chasing Clint Dempsey. The Itallian giants could use the money they received for Fabio Borini from Liverpool to beat the Anfield side to Dempsey's signature. How ironic that would be. Maybe Rogers should have made an agreement with Roma that stated the club will not go after any Liverpool targets...or Swansea players.

AS Roma need to replace Borini and see the American striker as a perfect replacement. They could be willing to meet Fulham's valuation of £10 million pounds, something that, thus far, the Reds have not done.

Fulham fans will hope they won't in the future either.
