"If at first you don't succeed" is the theory beyond QPR's goalkeeping recruitment policy

Queens Park Rangers' transfer policy of signing every player that can be reasonably classed as a “veteran” but isn't Joey Barton has claimed another signing according to the Daily Mail at least.
The paper reports that Inter Milan goalkeeper (and arguably one time, world's best keeper) Julio Cesar will be signing for the club “within the next 24 hours” which, by the time you're reading this, means it should (repeat SHOULD) be done by the time you read this. Hint, don't hold your breath.
It is hoped by the QPR hierarchy that Cesar will help tighten up the Hoops' defence after a worrying start to the season, though one suspects that was also the reason the club bought Rob Green at the start of the summer transfer window.
