Juve eyeing up second RVP offer, Mancini angry

Hello and welcome to the second incarnation of our Robin van Persie newspaper gossip round up on today, Tuesday 24th July; you're one stop shop for all rumours Robin.
First up we have the Daily Mail who are reporting that Roberto Mancini fears Manchester City have lost the initiative in the race for the Dutch forward.
The paper reports that Mancini has become increasingly angry at the club's lack of killer instinct to sign up the striker when City should have the financial power to outmuscle any prospective bidders.
Due to Financial Fair Play rules, it is thought City are keen to sell Carlos Tevez or Emmanuel Adebayor before they can launch a swoop for the striker.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror are reporting that this anger and the situation about 'selling before buying' has seen Mancini into a stand-off with City chief executive Brian Marwood. The paper adds that van Persie now prefers a move to Juventus and Mancini believes that is due to City's dithering.
Lastly, the Telegraph reports that Juve are preparing a second bid closer to the £20million asking price for the striker and they will offer the Dutchman £190,000 a week after tax too.
