Silva interests Spanish giants

There are always bigger kids in the playground hoping to steal your lunch money or your brand new football or your shiny Charizard card or the girlfriend that you’re punching above your weight with anyway.
Football is pretty much the same really; no matter how big your club gets there is always another club out there who picks on you and steals your best belongings just because they can really.
On this subject, we come to Real Madrid and Manchester City with the former aiming to steal the latter’s equivalent of that Charizard card in the form of diminutive Spanish creator David Silva.
The Sun reports that the Spanish outfit are preparing to table a £30million bid for Silva to add “more creativity” to their ranks. Yup, a team boasting Cristiano Ronaldo, Xabi Alonso, Angel di Maria, Kaka, Karim Benzema et al need more creativity. Indeed.
Silva signed for City two years ago for £24million from Valencia and he was being pursued by Madrid during that transfer saga and the Bernabeu club look set to renew their interest in the Spanish schemer.
Silva was instrument last season, particularly in the first half of the campaign, to help City to their first top flight title in over 40 years.
