Abramovich's rebuilding project

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will be continuing his summer rebuilding project at Stamford Bridge. This rebuilding project does, of course, consist of overhauling the playing squad, not a literal building project of say, a new stand, like most owners do.
Anyway, according to today’s Daily Mirror, the Chelsea manager owner has targeted Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini to bolster the ageing midfield at Stamford Bridge in a deal worth £22million which notoriously cash-short Everton would probably find rather difficult to turn down.
Having already finalised a deal to bring in midfielder Marko Marin from Werder Bremen at the end of the season, the story cites Fellaini as the latest player Chelsea will snap up to bring down the average age of the club’s midfield which currently stands at 105.
The Belgian midfielder joined the Toffees back in 2008 for £15million and has impressed with his displays both in midfield and as an emergency striker, prompting tonnes of hilarious hair puns that have continued on into the Mirror’s story with a headline of “hair-raising” and a possible intentional misspelling of “for” as “fro” further down the story. God knows what the tabloids would make of it should Fellaini and David Luiz decide to have a 'mad-hair-contest'.
Despite signing a new five-year contract at Goodison back in November, Everton would need to sell to improve their squad this summer so a £20million+ offer would be difficult to turn down should it happen.
