Hulk open to Porto exit

The green comic book character of the same name was never averse to rattling a through cages and disturbing the equilibrium somewhat, but the football player with whom drew inspiration from Bruce Banner’s alter-ego, has done his unsettling through the far calmer modicum of his Twitter account.
ESPN have reported that Porto’s 25 year old winger has posted comments on his Twitter feed saying that although he is fine and happy with the Portuguese champions, he would be perfectly happy to fly the nest and find another club.
It would take somebody with a deep pocket for that to happen though, as the Brazilian has an almighty £100 million Euro release clause in his contract which runs until 2016.
That figure is almost enough to make a clubs’ accountant burst out of the seams of their clothes and smash a few buildings and cars.
Paris St Germain are rumoured to be planning a move for Hulk over the summer, according to Goal.com, but the moneybags French club will have to contend with Chelsea, who have held a long-term interest in the winger, who has nine caps for Brazil.
Hulk came to Europe from his native Brazil, via three years in Japan, and he has scored 76 goals for Porto since joining in 2008, his most recent tally being the 16 he bagged this season to help his team clinch the Liga Sagres.
The Brazil international says he would happily join a bigger club but is content in Portugal and is not "obsessing" over a possible move away from the Dragao.
In a frenzy of Twitter posting, he said that he left his agent to deal with negotiations and was quick to remind everybody of the remaining four years on his contract.
If somebody can find the money, Hulk will have his chance to run destruction through the streets of somewhere other than Porto.
