Jackett fight to keep Wright


Millwall are increasing their efforts to keep Josh Wright by offering him a new contract as other clubs begin to circle according to Sky Sports.
Wright arrived in Bermondsey in November as a free agent and has impressed in the time since then. So much so that Kenny Jackett is keen to retain his services.
With the 22 year olds contract expiring in the coming months, a number of clubs are on alert ready to try and snap up the promising youngster on a free transfer.
The Den has been awash with scouts from other clubs and the Lions may face a battle to keep Josh Wright in the capital.
Millwall are rumoured to enter negotians with the former Charlton and Scunthorpe player in the coming weeks as they seek to avoid losing a talented player for nothing.
The brother of The Only Way is Essex's Mark Wright, Josh has made 15 league appearances for the Lions this season.
