      Posh new deal for Taylor?

Peterborough United forward, Paul Taylor, has hinted that he may sign a long term deal to remain at London Road for the forseeable future.

A string of impressive performances for the East Midlands side has seen Taylor attract interest from a host of Championship clubs.

His current deal expires in 2013, and the striker admits that he is happy to plying his trade for Darren Ferguson's men.

'I want to play where I'm happy' he said in an interview with the Peterborough Evening Telegraph 'And this is a great club to play for. The players are a good bunch who all get on well together'.

'I get up in the morning and look forward to coming to work. That's important to me'.

'I'm not thinking too much about signing the new contract because I want to concentrate on playing and trying to score some more goals.'

'I've always said I'll think about it again in the summer, but maybe I'll decide sooner than that. I've enjoyed the season as it's gone far better than I dared expect'.

The 24 year old has scored 10 goals for Peterborough this season.
