Jakupovic in Tigers talks

Swiss goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic is in talks with Hull City, after some impressive training ground performances.

He has been on trial at the KC Stadium, and featured in a closed door friendly against Sheffield United on Wednesday.

Speaking to the Hull Daily Mail, Tigers boss Nick Barmby said 'We like what we see so hopefully we can take if further' before adding 'He's done really well in training'.

'Until we make a decision and he makes a decision, there's not too much more to say, but we're very impressed by him'.

'We're speaking with his agent so we'll see where it goes'.

Jakupovic has played at international level, and fans of the East Yorkshire side will hope he continues to be as sharp as a Swiss Army knife between the sticks.
