      French hotshot has English ambitions

Ligue 1 top goalscorer Oliver Giroud is pining for a move to either England or Italy.

Montpellier must be resigned to losing their star asset now, after he confirmed his love for the English game, as well as the possibility of playing in Serie A.

Surprise surprise Arsenal have shown an interest in the player in the past (French+young=Arsenal transfer target), as have Liverpool, with both clubs looking for a goal-scoring marksmen.

The marksmen club will listen to offers of around £10 million for the target man, who would have done no harm to his reputation after scoring for France against Germany last night-

"I do not play for the glory game for me, for fun, and I like to do so in a stadium filled with an audience that convey their affection." Giroud told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I keep dreaming of the Premier League, but I hope that Napoli and Juventus still represent real possibilities after the end of the championship."
