The Russians are coming for Fellaini

Could our time watching the big, Belgian barnet in the Premier League be coming to an end?

I can hear the Evertonians whimpering into their replica wigs as they read this because not only would they be losing one of the finest players they have seen on Merseyside for a number of years, they will also have a reasonable sized chunk snatched from their Champions League dreams.

Have you ever started a career on Football Manager and given yourself unlimited funds to assemble a squad of beauty and success? Of course you have, we all have! Anyway, Zenit have become that club. They have an unlimited pit of money at their disposal so are likely to be willing to pay whatever the Toffee’s asking price, and then some.

There is no doubt that Fellaini has become an integral part of the Everton midfield and his popularity around the globe has escalated to a height not even his afro can reach.

I for one hope his services are kept by Everton, not only because I would enjoy seeing them playing European football again but because Fellaini is a pleasure to spectate. If he jets off to Russia, he wont have to buy a hat of course, but we will be restricted to watching him through highlights.
