Sunderland eye loan move for City starlet

Can the young striker Guid Sunderland away from the wrong end of the table or will it turn out to be another empty rumour?
We all know of The Black Cat’s frustrations in attack this season and Martin O’Neill has had enough of it. Many people laughed when they coughed up a reported £12m for Steven Fletcher in the summer, myself included, but the Scot has been a sensation in the North-East and has provided them with a decent return in the Premier League.
So, who will come in and partner Fletcher and contribute some goals into the team? Will it be another big money signing for a proven goal-gobbler? Will it be a shrewd bit of business from abroad who comes in and establishes himself as a diamond in the rough like so many others have? Or will it be a youngster from one of the big boys in the country?
At this moment in time, it looks like the latter.
John Guidetti, a 20-year-old forward who was drafted in from Sweden as a youngster to join the ranks of Manchester City, is being lined up for a loan deal with the club after his stint with Feyenoord ended with 20 goals in 23 games. Decent, eh?
If he joins the club he will need to hit the ground running because the Black Cats are quickly running out of lives…
