Cole to help his old mate Harry at QPR?

Harry Redknapp is hoping that one of his former charges will join him and help dig Queens Park Rangers out of trouble. Sky Sports are reporting that QPR and Liverpool are in talks about Joe Cole moving back to London. Harry Redknapp will hope he can persuade the midfield playmaker to Loftus Road.
Joe Cole has found his opportunities few and far between at Anfield and it is thought that the opportunity to join his former manager and play regular first team football will be too good to turn down.
Cole whose move to Anfield has been particularly unsuccessful has only made twenty-six appearances for the Merseyside club since he moved there in the summer of 2010. His time at Liverpool has also included a one-year loan spell at Lille.
Interestingly enough Joe Cole was only ever injured once in his career before he moved to Anfield but has been injured five times since. The stop-start nature of his career clearly hasn't done him any favours. A particularly gifted football who has lost his way a little over the last few years. I hope he gets a chance to shine again even if it is as a guiding light on a sinking ship.
