      "Can you return home?"

Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has openly stated that he wished Cristiano Ronaldo would return to Old Trafford as he believes in England Ronaldo is respected more.

It seems that whatever Ronaldo does it isn’t recognised especially individually mainly because a little Argentinean footballer continues to smash all records in the same league.

But since Ronaldo left four years ago he has scored 170 goals in 169 appearances and that is a record that anyone could only dream of achieving.

Ronaldo will be returning to Old Trafford whatever in 2013 as his Madrid side faces Fergie’s men in the last 16 of the Champions league. But whether Ronaldo returns for good is another matter, there is one thing for certain it won’t happen in January.

The only worry for United is the price tag Ronaldo now carries, after all he left for £80 million which is a world record so anything is possible as to the money Madrid will want for him.

Officials from the Bernabeu have hinted that there will be much activity with regards to transfers in the summer maybe Cristiano Ronaldo will be a player being tipped to leave, but it appears that the only will he will go is if he refuses a contract extension and a club snaps him up just before that contract runs out. In football anything can happen.
