Messi wants to finish career with Barcelona

His loyalties at Barcelona have been admired by many but on the other hand have been criticised by others.
But Lionel Messi looks set to be staying at the Camp Nou for life and at the same time will become the highest paid player in the history of the game.
Messi’s father Jorge has opened talks with the Catalonia club and if they are successful he will stay at the club until he is at least 31 whilst at the same time earning around £12.5 million a year and that’s without any bonuses and sponsorship deal he has, and he has many of them.
In his current contract Messi receives around £9 million a year from wages and is already the richest footballer in the world, by the time he gets his contract extension Messi will clearly be ahead of everyone as the most paid.
Barca’s senior officials have already stated that Messi’s dream is to see his last days out at Barcelona before returning to where it all started back in his home nation of Argentina.
It seems the talks want take too long as Barcelona will want to keep their treasure for as long as possible especially after smashing another record last weekend.
