Madrid preparing offer for Tottenham winger

Real Madrid are destined to become the first side to employ a chimpanzee on a professional contract by attempting to sign Gareth Bale from Spurs.
The Spanish giants are considering an offer almost as big as the player’s ears, a reported €70m over a time period, after he has continued to impress spectators with 6 goals from his 14 appearances this campaign.
We all know the sort of levels the Welshman can perform at but his reputation has taken a bit of a battering in recent weeks after he increased his yellow card tally for diving to 4, however Jose Mourinho is set to look past that in order to secure his services on the wing at the Santiago Bernabeu.
If Bale does eventually make the jump to los Blancos, then he will be competing against the likes of Mesut Ozil, Angel Di Maria or even Cristiano Ronaldo for a place in attack, or if he is reverted back to a defence then he will be up against the self proclaimed best left-back in the world; Marcelo.
