Sully signs for Col U

John Sullivan has joined Colchester United on loan, so it seems.

BBC have announced that Charlton keeper John Sullivan has swapped the mean streets of London for the glitz and glamour of Colchester. Err..

The 24-year old from Sussex has never really had time to prove himself as an established first choice, playing only 13 league games whilst at Brighton and then only another 20 times for Yeovil and Charlton.

The arrival of Colchester’s new man between the sticks sees Carl Pentney head off to Histon, and Sullivan competing for the number 1 shirt against Mark Cousins.

Now, I like Mark Cousins, but I also like John Sullivan. Which is better? There is only one way to find out.
