Tottenham trio on Redknapp's QPR radar?

It didn't take long for 'Arry Redknapp's "wheeling and dealing" to begin in earnest.
Having somehow duped QPR owner Tony Fernandes that he was about to leave his comfortable Sandbanks home and take up residency in the depths of Ukraine, the Mirror are reporting that Redknapp is set to begin his rebuilding at QPR with moves to sign Scott Parker, Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe from former club Tottenham.
While the move for Parker, an ageing midfielder who has yet to feature this season due to an achilles injury and could struggle to get back into Andre Villas-Boas' dynamic midfield when he does return to fitness, makes sense, the moves for Defoe, currently one of the most in-form strikers in the Premier League, as well as Adebayor appear little more than simply PR speak.
Can anyone really see Adebayor, he of Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Tottenham really choosing to rock up at QPR's antiquated Harlington training ground to play alongside the likes of Shaun Wright-Phillips....oh no wait.
At least Redknapp appears to have come into the QPR with his customary managerial manner - signings are expected, and a lot of them.
If only QPR had thought of that when Mark Hughes was the manager!
