Often I see teams that are struggling and I think that they're not far off being a good team, they just need a couple of players to complete the jigsaw. Norwich currently occupy 14th in the Premier League, just four points above the relegation zone, but it's their defensive record and lack of firepower in front of goal which is becoming a real concern.
