THREE Reasons Why Chelsea Should Reject £41.5m Advances For Midfielder

Oscar is a real favourite at Chelsea. The little midfielder is one of the most complete players that the Stamford Bridge outfit have witnessed in recent history and as a result he has been a regular throughout his stint in west London. However, the Telegraph suggest that French giants PSG will offer £41.5 million for his services before the World Cup. Here are three reasons why they should keep the little Brazilian.

    1) work rate

Mourinho likes his players to work hard for him, and they don't come more committed to that ethos than Oscar. Whether he is played on the right or in a more central role, Oscar is willing to close opponents down, move into space and work with his colleagues to squeeze the other team.

    You can't but dedication.

    2) money shouldn't be a problem

The price that is supposedly on his head is surely a pittance to Chelsea boss Roman Abramovich. The Russian has slowed his spending of late but the money Chelsea have is huge, so I assume that they wouldn't need the funds to secure a deal with a striker in the summer.

    3) If it isn't broke, don't fix it

Chelsea are top of the league at present, and Oscar has been a huge part of that. In his 29 appearances he has scored eight goals, assisted two and has a pass success of over 82%. I see no reason why Chelsea would want to get rid.
