Former Real Madrid Playmaker Would Be Proud To Make Manchester United Switch, But What Could He Offer The Red Devils?

According to sources in Spain, cited by Football Direct News, Getafe playmaker Pablo Sarabia would be proud to don a Manchester United shirt. The 21-year-old is an attacking midfielder who was once on the books of Real Madrid, his boyhood club, but is seemingly interested in a move to Old Trafford, should they be interested. But who is he, what could he offer and do the Red Devils need him?

He is slight of frame, quick on his feet and has superb ball control. He also has sublime technique while in possession. However, his petite physique has seen him out-muscled on plenty of occasions.

That has seen him play on the wings at times, and his delivery is pretty good. His main asset is his close ball control and eye for a pass, though, and he has notched four La Liga assists so far this term.

He has been used as a substitute for a lot of the season this time out but has impressed when he has taken to the field, though a move to Manchester United could be a step too far in my eyes.

Considering United already have Shinji Kagawa rotting away in the background and big-money man Juan Mata playing out of position, I would probably advise Moyes to give Sarabia a miss, as talented as he is.
