THREE Reasons Why Arsenal Must Stick With Wenger Next Season

Arsene Wenger. The man that revolutionised football. The man that produced the invincibles and turned the north London outfit into one of the elite clubs in Europe with Champions League football, pretty much, since he joined. He's faced plenty of criticism in the past, though, with failure to win trophies, not buying world class talent in the transfer window and loss of form at many stages in the season.

This season seems to be different, Arsenal actually had a shot at the title but those hopes seem to have vanisehd due to injuries and poor form. As Squawka have reported, the Frenchman has admitted defeat for the first time in the season.

However, with all this doom and gloom surrounding the club largely aimed at Wenger, there are plenty of reasons why he shouldn't leave at the end of the season.

The first reason being that, if any manager can get a world class player to help the club then that man is Wenger. Players know him to be brilliant at guiding players and they adore his work over the years. For Mesut Ozil, it was Wenger's dedication and friendly nature thatis said to have convinced the German to sign. Not many managers that could replace Wenger will be able to do the same.

The next reason is that Arsenal need to focus on buying new players rather than having to deal with changing one of the best managers that the game has ever seen. It won't exactly be an easy thing to do when we have to come round and do it.

The final reason is that Wenger is still a fantastic manager that all the players respect and look up to. But he, more than anyone, will want to end this drought for the Gunners and the only he knows he can is by sticking with the clun for the foreseeable future.

Who better to spend our new found wealth on than Wenger trying to build a title winning squad?

He should stay, and I think he will.

    1. Depends on who the manager that replaces him is. He just might even be attract a better calibre of players. The top players are already not coming here, before you use Ozil as an example, i'm sure if we had offered more players £200k/wk they would be here. Van Gaal and Klopp for example would easily attract top players and emerging talent.

    2. Do you still trust Wenger's buying? Square pegs for round holes? Ignoring what we need and buying what he likes? Did we really need Ozil? Don't we already have many like him? Was that £42m wisely spent? Is Giroud a top striker? Jenkinson, Monreal good enough? You don't fill a team in the premiership with nimble players, you need some steel around them. We need a top striker and instead he's trying to buying Draxler, yet another attacking midfielder, just to convert him. Why not just go and buy someone who's already a striker and cut out the transition. He buys what he likes, he's become a collector. Point being Wenger does not buy what the team needs so I won't trust him to be the one to buy the players we need.

    3. Wenger of course has respect, these players babies when he joined Arsenal and their early memories will be filled with Wenger's teams of wonder years. But that was then. Do you think people ever lost respect for Clough? Of course not but his days were gone. Why can't people accept that the facts show that Wenger is past his best, doesn't make him no longer good but makes him no longer good for an ambitious team. I'd go as far as to say he has become very complacent and needs to leave to rekindle his fire. At Arsenal, he is the empire who is never naked because being there almost 20 years, he has surrounded himself with yes men.

    We need wenger to stay

if you took suarez, sturridge, gerrard and coutinho, from man city, aguero, toure, silva and nasri, from Chelsea, willian, hazard, matic and luiz . all these teams would be on poor form.

We have four of our best players out , hence the poor results , only city and Chelsea can have players sat on the bench earning 130,000 plus a week

the media and fans with no football brain wont realise this. if Liverpool had played as many games as us they wouldn't have the squad to cope.

Hopefully next year with more money coming in we can be competitive but fans and the media need to realise

it is extremely difficult to cope with a billionaire who is happy to chuck money at the club and the rulers of one of the richest cities in the world ( abu -dhabi)

Wenger may not win the title for us again, but unselfishly he sacrificed personal glory to help us pay off the stadium and stay LOYAL to us , he could have left and we would have been a midtable team.

like johan cryuff at Barcelona, even though he won the champions league he was sacked two years, his greatest achievement and gift and legacy to Barcelona was how they should play football and develop talent (masia) within which for the last part 8 years has come to fruition.

show some respect and look at the bigger picture those who doubt him
