Wenger Hints At Joel Campbell Return - Here's Why He Deserves A Chance

Following Joel Campbell’s impressive displays this season for Greek side Olympiakos, the 21-year-old Cost Rican forward (on loan from Arsenal) has apparently re-caught the eye of Arsene Wenger following a powerful display against Manchester United in the Champions League on Tuesday.

His impressive solo effort helped give the Greek side a 2-0 advantage over Manchester United in their last 16 clash, which was also his debut goal in the Champions League.

Arsene Wenger, who has been monitoring all of his players out on loan at a host of European clubs this season said “ He was good (against Manchester United), convincing in going forward, he looks like has adapted better to the physical side of the European game”

Joel Campbell has also hinted after the game he is “ready” to play for his parent club following three successful loan spells before joining Olympiakos this season and declared “As soon as Arsenal came knocking, I wanted to join them and I believe I am ready to play for Arsenal next season. I have the capacity to play there and I am only waiting for the opportunity."

So will Arsene Wenger move quickly to add the player to his squad for next season or will he be tempted to loan him out to another club to gain more valuable first team experience?

For me I think he should be given a chance at the Emirates. He has been thrown about on loan for the last couple of years and trying to establish himself in a number of different leagues, but I think now, or next season to be precise, is the time that he should be unleashed on the Premier League.

He's a quick forward who is very versatile and as we saw in the week can trouble even the top defences. If Wenger doesn't make his mind up then he could end up having a host of clubs after the Costa Rican’s signature.

Official Club Statement. Manchester Football Asylum

Yes, we are looking at several players at the moment. The manager has sent his scouting team out 13 times to watch Messi, Ronaldo, Iniesta, Mangala,Bale,Xavi,Reus,Gundogan,Kroos and Barkley .He is very thorough in his player assessment. He will not waste the club's money on useless players.

He needs players who can join him in his vision of how football should be played. The current batch in the Asylum have stopped responding to his treatment. The Board of Directors are all backing the under fire manager. They feel that they know better than the millions of supporters worldwide who are used to 'Total Football'. Manager Dave Mindless is determined to push his agenda of 'Total Crap' football onto the masses of United fans worldwide.

Editors opinion; It seems that the Coaching staff's lunacy has spread to the board. This manager is to politely put it a 'Numptie' and no one has gone into his CV with any depth. We believe that the 'See you Jimmy' club ,with their 'funny' handshakes and 'head butt' greetings are protecting their own. The 'madness' seems to be catching as other football purists constantly repeat their mantra "He needs time", but do not be fooled by these "speak your weight machines", as all of them are plotting to oust Dave Mindless. Can I suggest that, he does time for the 'poisonous football' he has served up to the world.

CONTINENTAL NEWS; The world's top footballers have issued a statement that a certain Manchester Asylum are not so much scouting them ,but in actual fact are stalking them. Some of the above players maybe in that statement.

BREAKING NEWS......The ex manager is threatening to use the 'belt' he was hit with as a child (The one that made him successful) on the editor of this post.Might we suggest that he uses it on Dave Mindless.

OK, I add one reason only : He scored against MANURE! That's a BIG sign.
That's right. We've been bullying by ManUre these 8 years of emptyness. They even used our ex player to make it even worst last year. During that period, I remembered some players who scored against them. They are all great : Henry,RVP (wtf!), Cesc, Ramsey, and Cazorla. If you can scored against ManUre in your Olympiakos shirt, you are gonna be something. Joey deserve a chance, at less to kick Nicky permanently out of bench.
