Carlos Vela's career didn't quite work out at Arsenal. A talented individual, yes, but he just didn't show enough to warrant a place in the first XI on a consistent basis.

What he really excelled at in his time at Arsenal, though, was his ability to chip keepers. An art in itself, Vela was exemplary in his 'chipping' technique and often chose to humilate keepers this way.

It wasn't enough for Wenger, however, as he gave up on Mr Chips (sorry) and off he went to Real Sociedad. We miss your chips Carlos, no one else in the Premiership can quite do like you.
