Following the sad news of Emile Heskey's departure to Australia let us take this opportunity to look back and appreciate the great striker's career in England.

Stop laughing because whilst you may have mocked him for his lack of pace and sometimes dodgy finishing, he was a workhouse who always, I felt, gave everything he had for the team. He also played 64 times for his country which is impressive and is still revered in some parts of Leicester.

Anyway, enjoy some of his best bits and try not to be so quick in criticising him next time.
