The former Chelsea right-back has been slaughtered at times in the last few years as a result of his dodgy defending, but he has had a season to remember this year under Brendan Rodgers. You can find Johnson bombing down the flanks during a game, whipping dangerous deliveries into the opposition area.

He has also stiffened up his defensive positioning, something which has caused him problems in the past. He has the speed to roam, but also has the power and accuracy in his shot to be a major threat in the more attacking areas.

Ask anyone who has come up against him this season on his performance and they will tell you how strong he has been.
