The South African midfielder has been crucial to the club's push for a top 6 finish this season, continually proving to be the creative spark in the team. He can often be found linking up with Leighton Baines in the wider positions, but is also as comfortable in the centre of the pitch.

He has an almighty strike on him as well. However, his most impressive attribute is his impeccable ball control and his eye for a pass.

Pienaar is now 31 and coming towards the end of his career, but he has certainly proved that he has at least a good 3 or 4 years left at the top.
