Leon Osman has been one of Everton unsung heroes for years now, but he finally got his call up to the England squad last year at the tender age of 31. It was fully deserved. Osman goes about his business with minimal fuss and is a massive reason why Everton have been so successful over the last few years.

He is willing to put his body on the line for the shirt on his back and the fans at Goodison Park love him for it.

He is a little maestro in the middle of the field. It is seldom that an Everton attack does not go through Osman at some point, but the same goes for the defensive actions.
