Liverpool make £12.5 million bid for Serie A winger

The Reds have tabled the offer for Bologna's flting winger, Gaston Ramiez.

Liverpool have been linked with the player for the past few weeks and now see the perfect opportunity to make their move for the Uruguayan.

It is thought that the bid will be rejected but an offer of £14 million will be enough to persuade the Italian club to part company with their prized asset.

Ramiez would joined fellow Uruguayan, Luis Suarez at Anfield.
