    City "sluggish" in Sinclair pursuit

Manchester City's attempts to sign Swansea winger Scott Sinclair have been described as "sluggish" by the Swans' chairman Huw Jenkins.

The Champions have made a £6 million bid for the 23 year old and look to be close to getting their man, however, the supremo believes that City have been slower than necessary in pushing the deal through.

Jenkins told the press Swansea were not totally dependant on Sinclair's departure for boss Michael Laudrup's own attempts to put the finishing touches to his squad, but was distinctly unimpressed with City's hesitancy.
