Modric completes Madrid move

Luka Modric has finally ended his long protracted move from Tottenham to Real Madrid by this afternoon passing his medical at the Spanish club.

The Croatian has signed a 5-year deal at the Bernabeu and highlighted his ambition to play his way into Jose Mourinho's side and to start winning trophies.

The deal is believed to be in the region of £33 million and the 26 year old midfielder thanked Spurs for his succesful years in the Premier League.
