Another Star Gunner leave?

Arsene Wenger admits player has not yet extended his contract.

Having lost Robin Van Persie and Alex Song, Arsenal manager admits that Theo Walcott has not yet agreed a contract extension.

Walcott has a year left on his contract and Wenger will be keen to tie him down to a new contract to avoid a repeat of this summer when Van Persie refusal to extend his contract forced his sale.

Ex Southampton star Walcott now could make a dramatic Van Persie like decision and refuse to extend his contract.

Here is what, RVP left and so the system that was used to feed him is also leaving and we need to regenerate. We know Song was never doing the good job in the DM role, Lets now get a proper DM who loves to Stay Back and protect our backline. We know Walcott was inconsistent so lets go out and get a consistent winger, we could even look for a versatile players so that we will have a team full of versatiles...We can go and get another striker...

A versatile CB, CDM and a striker are needed if arsenal are serious about challenging for the title and also some players need to be shipped out, squilachi, bendtner etc.

Walcott can easily be replaced. He os useless when teams decode to sit back and defend. Without any space to run into behind defenses. We have replaced far better players than Theo and we have AOC.

Correction. We may let go of another flakey player who too often fails to deliver (like against Sunderland when he was not far from useless).
