Pennant will stay at Stoke

Stoke winger Jermaine Pennant has ended any discussion of a possible move away from the Britannia by insisting he is going nowhere.

Pennant had been linked with a move to Wigan following Stoke's signing of Wolves winger Michael Kightly, but the former Arsenal and Liverpool man has rebuffed claims, calling them just "speculation".

The 29 year old says he would be honest with fans if he desired to leave the Potters, but he remains fully committed to Tony Pulis' team.
