    Chelsea boosted by Marseille concerns

Chelsea's pursuit of Marseille right back Cesar Azpilicueta will have been given fresh hope as the French club confirm that their ambition for this summer is to reduce the wage bill.

Chelsea have been in hot pursuit of the 22 year old Spanish right-back as they seek a replacement for Jose Bosingwa.

Now the full-back is on the list of players chairman Vincent Labrune has earmarked to sell to raise funds, together with Stephane Mbia and Andre Ayew.
