    Bid made for Frenchman

Rennes have confirmed that they have received an offer from England for the star player.

Rennes Chairman Frederic de Saint-Serni has confirmed he has received a 'concrete' offer from England for Yann M'vila.

It is not known where the offer has come from. Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur were linked heavily with the Frenchman over the summer, although Arsene Wenger distanced himself from making any move for the player.

M'vila will be given time to consider the offer before he makes a decision on his future, with Rennes hopeful of holding onto him.
