Chelsea star won’t rule out MLS move

Frank Lampard has refused to rule out a possible move to the MLS following Chelsea’s draw with Paris St. Germain.

A move to LA Galaxy has been mooted for the 34-year-old, who was spotted in Los Angeles earlier this summer.

Lampard admits he is open to a move to Major League Soccer, but not until next year, telling reporters after Sunday’s draw with the Parisian side: "I have another year on my contract at Chelsea. We have a big season. We play in the Super Cup and the World Club Championship in December. Then it's up to Chelsea.

"If they want to speak with me about my future, then I'll speak with them. I wouldn't rule anything out at the moment."

When quizzed on whether he could move to the MLS, he replied: "Not at the moment, no, because I have a contract with Chelsea. Beyond that I don't know."
