    Snodgrass Wanted By Canaries

Leeds captain Robert Snodgrass is the subject of a fresh bid from Norwich City. The Canaries tried to lure him to Carrow Road last summer however the bid was rejected from Leeds.

Norwich have made their interest known after submitting two offers on the table to Leeds according to Sky Sports. Events have changed since then with both sides including having different managers at the helm and having finished their league campaigns on different notes. The Scotland international has one year left on his current contract at Elland Road however he has failed to agree a new extension to his deal.

Ex-Canaries boss Paul Lambert, who is now in charge at Aston Villa, has also had his eye on the 24-year-old and it looks like that he will be up against his old club for Snodgrass' services.

It was former player and manager Gary McAllistair who brought Snodgrass to West Yorkshire from Livingston in 2008 and has become a firm favourite with the fans. To date, he has scored 40 goals in 159 appearances for Leeds and was also given the captain's armband by current manager Neil Warnock.
