      Liverpool Striker rebuffs exit talk

The weather outside might make you think that the apocalypse is in full progress, however if you are a Liverpool fan we have news that could brighten up even the dullest and depressing of days; with ESPN reporting that Luis Suarez has rebuffed rumours of his exit.

In recent weeks the papers have been scare mongering Anfield followers with news of their prized asset wanting a move to force through Champions League football, however it appears that the original story that founded these rumours was one of false translation. Twisting words in English is a tactic often used to generate a story and being given the opportunity to twist words in translation is an opportunity to easy to turn down for the rumour mill generators and this appears to be exactly what has happened.

It would appear that an innocent interview in his native tongue has come back to bite Suarez on the back, however it is reassuring to hear the player quickly squash these rumours. Without question if Liverpool are to return to Europe's premier competition then they need to keep Suarez at any cost, for he is a player like no other in the squad or the league for that matter.
