French midfielder sounds out transfer call

Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle all look set to be put on red alert as Mamadou Sakho has revealed he is ready to sack off fighting for a first time place according to Sky Sports News. The defender was once considered one of the key figures of the Parisian giants revolution, however it seems that the club has outgrown him and Brazilian pair Alex and Thiago Silva have left him gathering splinters for most of the season.

That said, Sakho is still an extreme talent and at 23 has his best years are ahead of him so PSG are unlikely to let anything go by on the cheap. Nevertheless he is still on an endless list of players being muted as a replacement for Jamie Carragher, an ever growing list of centre backs that Arsenal are looking to bring in to revitalise their ailing defense and given that he is a young talent playing his trade in France then of course Newcastle are going to be sniffing.

It wasn't meant to be like this for Sakho, he was meant to be the man to lead PSG through this exciting new era and to the top of European football, however as history tells us for every great story of rise there are always losers and unfortunately for Sakho he looks set to be one of these losers. That said it might just be that PSG's lose could well be to the huge gain of one of the clubs mentioned earlier.
