Top clubs eye South Korean ace

With interest from England’s top flight, Hamburg may be forced into selling forward Son Heung-min.
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal are all said to have looked at the South Korean, who is considered to be one of the brightest prospects in Asian football.
At just 20-years-of-age, Son has already played 60 times for Hamburg in the Bundesliga and also has 12 caps for his country at senior level. He also represented South Korea’s under-17 side, impressively scoring seven goals in 15 games.
Son has been a thorn in the side of Borussia Dortmund this season, scoring four goals in Hamburg’s two league matches against the defending champions. After netting a brace to condemn Jurgen Klopp’s men to a 3-2 defeat at the Imtech Arena in September, the South Korean struck twice again this weekend at the Westfalenstadion in an impressive 4-1 victory for the Bundesliga’s fifth-placed side.
Hamburg’s sporting director Frank Arnesen has not ruled out the possibility of the forward signing a new deal at the club. However, after proving that his first performance against one of Germany’s best teams was no fluke, Son may soon be preparing to test himself in the Premier League.
