Chelsea to use Courtois in deal for Falcao?

Chelsea made a fantastic winter signing to boost their strike-force in spending £7 million for Demba Ba. But it seems that the club (i.e. Abramovich) is not quite done there. In what seems and unlikely (but potentially plausible) turn of events, Chelsea could sacrifice their budding goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois (who is on-loan at Atletico) for the greater good of the club. Since the sale of Daniel Sturridge, Chelsea still only have two senior, recognised strikers at their disposal. And since the other one is Fernando Torres, they only have one.
Radamel Falcao is in high demand, and while the young Belgian goalkeeper seems a promising pick for life after Petr Cech, their striking need is arguably greater. A club like Chelsea should not have to operate on one clinical striker (who's knees are a ticking time-bomb) and one overpriced flop. Up to this point they have gotten by due to an array of excellent attacking midfielders, but a true target man seems to be the final piece of the puzzle. Besides, Falcao is expensive and highly rated, Roman is rich, and the Russian makes a drastic personnel change every other week. It's a match made in heaven. Or a match made by the almost inevitable greedy salivation Abramovich's reported £47 million plus Courtios bid (according to Metro) will induce in the Atletico Madrid board. Probably the latter.
